The Lower Studio is in contemporary, open plan style with either twin beds or a double bed with space for extra futons.
It has generous light from three sources – the glass panelled doors, small window and the glass bricks above the kitchen. The sitting area has a large sofa and TV.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table and chairs enough for a dinner party for six. The Shower Room is complete with shower, wc and basin. The Lower Studio is approached by an external stair leading down to its own entrance.
